Submitted on 9th Nov at VFS Chandigarh. I got it back on 25th Nov.

Hey Guys! I submitted my passport on 9th Nov 2017 and I haven't gotten any updates till today. I see as per the timelines posted here it takes about 9-10 business days to get the stamped passport back. Is there a delay as of now?
