wew. my application got cancelled because of incomplete documents. Apparently, my police certificate that was issued 7 months ago, was invalid because it was issued 2017, not 2018.

i emailed OINP, they transfered my 600 points to the new profile after i explained everything to them.

i did not get a PFL, but i did get an ADR before i went into DIP, please my timeline from document sent to nomination. Maybe it will give you an idea.
