Dude that really sucks, I'm sorry. I applied today and submitted both as I figured it couldn't hurt. You know that you can work full time while awaiting approval right? Would your employer not hire you unless you physically had the permit?

You may work full time while awaiting a decision on you PGWP, also the hours of work accrued during this time is counted toward your Canadian experience class.

Guys, I'm from the UK which I think is visa exempt but it looks like they made biometrics mandatory since Jan 2019 I didn't have to do them when I applied for study permit in 2017 but now I'm applying for post grad work permit. There was no field to upload biometrics in my application online...
