I called today to the exact same number and used options 1-2-0. You have to listen until they start offering you options to choose in order to move to the next menu by pressing those 1-2-0.

Congratulations! Do you remember what options did you choose to talk to an agent after calling the main number? All combinations I had and found on the forum didn't work for me today, all were ending up that i'm trying to choose the option that doesn't exist :((
