    My sister just got her AOR today at 4:45 pm. She applied on the 21st at 6pm UTC. She printed and scanned both of her pdfs so in her case it didn’t matter. We used health card as anchor id.

    I printed, signed and scanned both of them. I am pretty sure the anchor one needed to be printed and scanned but worried that the other one can be rejected as it is says do not print and scan and I missed that.
