I went to staples and took photo there and asked for both the hard copy and soft copy. For the application i submitted soft copy not scanned. For the back side i did scan it. It was easy and smooth process coverall.

I just randomly checked my gc key today and it said Dec 1 approved. Did not receive email until 2pm.

Thank you, I got my application approved Dec 1.

Finally after 84 days, my application has been approved and card have been mailed. Online application Applied: Sept 9, 2022 DM: Dec 1, 2022 PR card mailed: Dec 2, 2022 Waiting for the PR card to arrive.

Does anyone have IRCC phone number to check status?

In the online PR portal, under view submitted application it shows status submitted and reason of return missing payment, but after few weeks it went away, so must have been a glitch

@RazaM , thanks for the advise, I managed to link my account and I got my application number and now it says still in process until decision made. Finally after 2 months, felt relieved. And last month it shows returned due to payment missing, now that message is removed, I guess everything is...

Dear experts, I have submitted pr renewal thru online portal and now the status shows application returned due to missing payment. I have attached proof of payment so i dont know why it is returned. My question is do i submit a new application or what do i do? Please advise.

Hi Everyone, My country passport has no Surname, its just name. So in my old PR card, the put all my name under family name and blank in given names. Now for renewal online I cant leave given names empty . Please advise what to do. Thanks
