Hi, If you have received your work permit extension and just need the Visa stamped on the passport fill in IMM5257E(Application For Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) If you are filling it paperbased There is a checklist available (IMM5721E) for applying TRV within canada. Hope that helps

Your child will come on Visitor Visa with the end date of Visa same as parent's work permit. The child will be dependent of the primary applicant which in this case will be you.

Same here. Applied on July 15th for the extension. No reply. When called CIC they asked to have patience. No response to webform query also. God knows whats going on :(
