Maybe it is me trying to see a pattern where there is not but it seems that only FSW Outland from non visa exempt countries are getting PPR these days. What do you guys thinks ?

Amit, I have the same WES report as yours (different fields) with a 3years bachelor and a 4 years MA (4 years bachelors as canadian equivalent). I created profile with "Two or More Certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three years or more." as the report clearly...
