Got my test invite. Location: Mississauga In process: Feb 29, 2020 Test Invite: March 25, 2021

My application is at the Mississauga location. I called at around 10 am and had to wait about 30 mins to get someone on the line.

This is what they told me too, except mine is at the Mississauga location. I hope it means that I have passed all the checks and only need to wait for the test invitation.

When you call them, there is a recording that says that the processing times haven't been updated.

I called IRCC today and got the update that my application is awaiting test invite at the Mississauga location. I hope that means I've cleared all the checks (background, criminality etc.) so far. She wasn't able to provide any timelines. I asked about renewing my PR card since it is expiring...

I had a Schedule A request sometime in Feb 2016 and then the next communication from CIC was on April 29 when I got my PPR. So, AFAIK expect to just wait around for CIC to get back to you with something.

Just got off the call with CIC. They said I can expect to hear back and get an appointment at a CIC office for inland landing within next 2 weeks which is actually better than the 4 weeks timeline for an appointment I've seen floating around in forums.

LMIA is usually done by your employer before they hire you. I don't think you can do it yourself. You could try talking to your HR about it.

Ours was delivered on May 5 too. Still nothing from CIC. Hopefully we hear something today.
