You must need to do ECA for the degrees you obtained from Bangladeshi. ECA not required for your Canadian degree.

You may proceed with the experience of "Company A" (if its within 10 years) as it solely ensure maximum point for you. Make it simple. Best of luck.

It is better to show the NOC against which you can claim more point. Don't forget that you have to submit supporting document against your NOC. I personally prefer to show most recent NOC if both the NOC is 3+ years. So, it is wise to show the NOC which can secure more point & could be easy to...

If your experience for NOC 1212 is within 5 or 10 years (5 years for some PNP program & 10 years for CIC itself), then you don't need to worry. Just proceed with 1212 & don't forget to mention the time frame of your experience i.e. starting & ending date.
