Congratulations Basma . I thought that Ottawa office asks when they ask for passport , you have to sent it to their office in Canada and not Cairo visa office. do medical request requested by Ottawa or Cairo visa office ? please let me know so that I know my expected timing :) thanks in advance

you don't to have to submit all these documents , you just follow the check list and see what they need to submit in it to CIC .
