    You need to go to PNP website of each province and check. The pnp selection model and point system is different for each province.

    If Schedule -A form is requested , you generally get email from CIC saying new document requested and you can find place to upload this form on your CIC profile. Once can download empty Schedule-A form from CIC portal.

    According to my knowledge,married applicants need to get minimum 63 points,you will not get 16 points for not having Bachelor in Computer Science (where you need to study 3+ years)but you will get points for having Master degree.
