yes looks like ghost email, your ecas should change within next few days to DM.

hey I see you have application approved in MyCIC. I received PPR Oct14, sent passport copy yesterday but I don't have any update in MyCIC (final decision: not started), or ECAS (DM, 3 lines with medical passed as last update). anyone else has it like this?

also if they wont put you through to an agent via express entry (which you reach an agent by pressing 7 for EE option, and after all options are said you press 0 to connect to agent), then try to press for option 'status of my application (I believe it was option '1' or so) and get to an agent...

I guess I found my own answer. Its not mentioned in EE photo specification, but in old system the requirement was 'photo must be taken within 6 months before application submission. '

speaking of photo: do you know how recent it has to be? I had one done Sept last year when I was applying under old system. This was a photo I made into electronic version to submit with EE. Is just over a year too old?

hello this is exactly my situation, inland FSW, masters in Canada, didn't have transcripts for bachelor from Poland and... just got my PPR!!!! :-))))))

tried to call now and the message is 'we are experiencing high call volume and are unable to transfer you to an agent' ;-)
