You have to enter Canada before the expiry of your medicals or validity of your visa whichever is earlier. Usually, your passport gets stamped with the visa with the date that you need to enter canada.

A silly question but is there any specification for the envelope or any sealed envelope that has the PPR mail, original passport and photos in it be enough? Also, do we collect the passport in person or get it couriered- how do we convey either of the two options to VFS? Any form for it?
