    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

Hi there, I've started working full time since August 11st, 2014, typical 40hrs / week. I woke up this morning to see my CRS has increased from 446 to 460 as a result of a 2 years working experience. Am I allowed to claim these points? since based on my calculation, my 2 years should be on...

    Thank you Asivad Anac

Hi Asivad, I need to go on a business trip to the States next month for about a week. Do I need to apply for a PCC for this if I get an ITA next time?

As per CIC officials, from Sept/Oct they will invite 2000+ ITA

Great news ! if it's true. I really want to believe this time, not like the news they kept saying last year " An analyst from CIC said that they've cleared all the backlog and draw score will come done in early 2016", then BAM ! new immigration plan, quota got 20k+ cut.

what can we expect in 33rd draw?

Did you read the Year End report? what more data do you need? It is true that the biggest trunk is in sub 450, but out of 23 1,5k-ita draws in 2015, do you see it ever go sub 450? The draws only reached 450 only two times, and most of the times draw score were above 460. Yes, the score will...

what can we expect in 33rd draw?

What makes you think that? the pool of applicants is not static, it is changing every minutes and every hour. There are thousands of people somewhere will have ew IELTS score tomorrow, new working experience next week, or new degree/master next month. We are talking about a pool of at least...

Communist Youth League of China ?!!! (Any Chinese Applicant Here?!!! SOS!!!!)

Re: Communist Youth League of China ?!!! (Any Chinese Applicant Here?!!! SOS!!!) They didn't have any issue at all. IMO, IRCC just wants to make sure you didn't participate in some radical religious groups or controversial groups like Neo-Nazi, Scientology and such. Those silly and useless...

Communist Youth League of China ?!!! (Any Chinese Applicant Here?!!! SOS!!!!)

Re: Communist Youth League of China ?!!! (Any Chinese Applicant Here?!!! SOS!!!) Well, I'm not Chinese, but I come from a communist country, and we have many similar organizations like yours as well. To be honest, many of my friends do not declare those organizations at all, for example, a...

Communist Youth League of China ?!!! (Any Chinese Applicant Here?!!! SOS!!!!)

Re: Communist Youth League of China ?!!! (Any Chinese Applicant Here?!!! SOS!!!) Well, it's the same for all communist countries. They always say those youth organizations are not mandatory, but your teachers and people around you will FORCE you to join the organizations no matter what. The...

I HAVE A FRESH CONFUSION, PLEASE HELP.

You can try to apply through PNPs except BC PNP and Ontario PNP. Again, I'm giving advice from my personal point of view, so you shouldn't take it seriously and make your decision based on it.

I HAVE A FRESH CONFUSION, PLEASE HELP.

Honestly speaking, your age will be a huge obstacle in EE or any PNP. You can try to maximize you IELTS score, but even if with max IELTS score , your crs is still under 450 (not even 470). I don't see you have any chance to secure an ITA in EE.

Express Entry immigration favours low-wage workers

No, it doesn't mean the local economy cannot hire a local Canadian cook, it's because no native Canadian would want to work in a ethnic restaurants earning minimum wage. Let's be honest with ourselves here, do you ever see a white guy or an asian kid who born here in Canada working in an Indian...

Express Entry immigration favours low-wage workers

Right now, I have to say that the EE BC PNP is one of the best system with very realistic rules. For example, you will have extra points based on your NOC code, like 25 for A and 0, 10 for B and 0 for C and D 10 more points for each year of directly related Canadian work experience, 10 more...

Express Entry immigration favours low-wage workers

No, they don't. There's a reason why Express Entry removed NOC class C and D from the list. It doesn't make sense at all that you accept low-skilled workers who earn minimum wage and create more burden on Canadian welfare system. It's obvious that Vancouver cannot compete with Silicon Valley or...

Express Entry immigration favours low-wage workers

Yeah, that's true. Many companies are paying fake salaries and issueing fake t4. However, by enforcing the median wage, we can at least eliminate the low-paying jobs in the EE pools, like in this article $19k/year means $9.25/hr - minimum wage.

Express Entry immigration favours low-wage workers

Yep, they need to enforce the median wages on the job offer thing like the new BC PNP. Those small/family-owned businesses are the ones that take advantage of the LMIA and lower the wages of the many industries, like those ethnic restaurants, landscaping, house painting and constructing. Can you...

    international students

Yep, John McCallum had a meating with the CBA last week, and they discussed a lot of thing about Express Entry. The bad thing is that those business people actually wants more foreign workers to come here instead of Express Entry applicants.

Express Entry immigration favours low-wage workers

This is the reason why Remove and overhaul the whole LMIA thing. Only low-wage workers have benefited the most from the LMIA, since no native Canadians or skilled professionals want to do those jobs.
