I had submitted my FBI report on 21 Oct. I just got the auto-reply that they received the documents & attached to the application. Phew! Now hope for the best. However, I do not see any update on MyCIC or ECAS.

I submitted late to allow as much time as possible for FBI report to arrive & to avoid asking for extension later on. It simply was my choice of action. It is upto you how you want to proceed.

On sep 17th I got a request letter for FBI with 60 day extension. I received my FBI letter on Oct 21st. However, after going back n forth on "document upload" section there was no upload tab for the new document. On Oct 20th I received RPRF request. I did pay the fee and uploaded the receipt...

I have gone through the view submitted application tab and all the way to the documents list. It has no option for new uploads. Only upload option I had was for RPRF document. I did send a CSE just now. I wonder if it will work. Few ppl seem to have luck with it.

Is there a way we can contact CIC? Or is CSE our only option? I tried called their customer care. It kept routing me in loops to options forever. Also,I keep reading about asking for extension. How is it done? what is the contact?
