In my opinion, According to the language in document checklist NOAs are the most preferred way to show evidence of Income. I think it takes about a week or two for CRA to process a tax assessment after submission. My recommendation would be to get NOAs and then submit application.

To the people who are wondering how long it takes to get PR card after receiving CoPR. I had my landing interview at Etobicoke immigration office in the afternoon of September 23,2019. Today, on October 8, 2019 I received my PR card in mail after 2 weeks.

Thanks paramjit19 for the confimation. I was really worried that this is not the usual way and now it's gonna take longer. I was under the impression that they will request my Passport to mail but as you mentioned its not the case for inland applications. Thanks Again
