It is normal. I sometimes wait 30 min to get in touch with one of the agents. I suggest you put it on a speaker mode and do something else until they pick up. Try calling them in the morning when they start taking calls too.

Some June applicants and July applicants like myself are still waiting for PPR so I guess we should be more patient and hope that sometime next month we'll hear some good news!

Hmm I guess I'll have to wait a bit longer... I'm sure you will get your PPR sometime soon! Keep it up

I saw someone posting that it is okay to submit in English and it most likely is but you should probably double check with someone who went through the same program. good luck

Hey Sarir11, I'm in the same boat as you and I know some people who got their MR done in December got their PPR so we should be getting ours soon. But again, you never know what they are doing..

Hi I applied in July 2015 and got my AOR in Nov. 2015 so you should give them some more time. As far as I know it takes about 3-4months.

I got my AOR in Nov and got my MR the end of January so it's a bit late based on my timeline but it's really case-by-case. I suggest you try calling the call center.

Hello all, For passport submission, when they say that the passport shouldn't expire soon, how soon are they talking? Does it say in the notification?

Hello everyone, I just got my medical exam done and I paid 230$. Does anyone know if the exam can be covered by Quebec health card insurance? I asked the reception and she said you can try but normally no .. JJust wanted to see if there are other people who tried. Thanks in advance!

Awesome! Thanks I guess if I hadn't sent my police certificates in advance and paid the fees upfront, that would've been my next step? I saw many comments on the police checks after medical request. My file was received by the office on the 21st of July 2015.

Applied in Montreal, PEQ program, Sydney NS, then Ottawa office. I got my MR on the 30th of Jan and I will get the exam done tomorrow (e-medical). What's my next step and how long will this procedure take until the decision is made? Thanks in advance!

Wow that is really fast! I got my AOR on Nov 12 and got the MR the same day as you. Have you done your exam yet?

My timeline is somewhat similar to yours. My application was received on July 21 2015, AOR received on Nov 12, then I got my MR on the Jan 30 2016. From what I understand, next step is just waiting for the decision (if you have paid all the fees in advance). Anyone who could confirm this?
