What I believe is, When you apply from India, you do not require duration.However, you apply India PCC from Canada, your PCC should state the duration you lived in. someone correct If I am wrong.

Express Entry is designed to avoid paper based documents. so you must upload all the necessary documents via CIC online portal. Hence, no need to provide hard copy of any documents after ITA.
