It means you should be expecting a test invite/ interview if your background check is clean. You can check your ecas and email. My ECAS shows an earlier date than I actually received, for test invite. I’d say watch your ECAS and email, and start (if you haven’t) reading for the test.

Hi AAA, I think it is tight, but doable. However, I’m not sure if it’s just how I understood you, or if the urgency is for a holiday trip (leisure). If that’s the case, if you put yourself in CIC shoes, you’d see that it may not be a good enough reason to expedite action on your file.
