I am also on same boat. If you are express entry candidate then 6 months and if your are Paper Based then more than 18 months

I think it will take 6 months after you submit the complete file in the Express Entry.

I have received email right after Decision Finalized and 600 scores in my Express Entry Profile on December 01. So this sound like strange that you are still waiting for their response.

Yeah... I received ITA.

IRCC held a draw today with minimum score of 469. After draw, when you will expect email from them for ITA. I have 987 score, but still waiting for ITA email.
