Got the refusal letter today,, the officer said he's not satisfied that me and my partner completed the one year cohabition.. I applied common law..that was the only reason reason i was refused it...I have decided not to appeal. My partner is coming and we are getting married so I will reapply...

I think it depends on ur case.. I'm an April apllicant and there are many other April applicants who have not heard anything from AVO.. I can conviñcily say AVO is working at 6months but like I said before, it depends on ur case
