I still believe u may get PGWP as u did study full time for 4 years at a recognized institution. If your completion letter says that u were a full time student, u shud not...

    oko_zenita, You are absolutely right. A valid study permit and eligible for PGWP is required to work (because whoever is eligible for PGWP - was also eligible to work off-campus without work permit).

    loocyb1008, I received following clarification from CIC regarding work off campus full time after graduation. The words clearly means if you were "eligible" to take on off campus work without permit (not allowed or authorized) and had a valid study permit. While awaiting a decision to be made...

    Guys, i would suggest giving some educated feedback to CIC. Something that lets them realize how difficult our life is becoming because of the delays but at the same time appreciating the hard work they must be doing due to whatever reason.
