I am 24.. By the time i was 18, I was in college for graduation. Should I include 10th , 12th school and address details of that time period or start from graduation only in personal history ?

As fas as I know , the address history starts age 18 onwards or 10 yrs ago , whichevr is less.. So..Why start from birth ??
