First set was last week in March, 2nd set was first week in April. Fax was over a week ago.. It's showing background check in progress, but it was showing that before they confirmed it has been attached.

I faxed it from Canada. In the cover letter I gave them a background that I have uploaded it twice on Web Form and it's been over a month.

I got confirmation that it had been attached on Tuesday, so not sure if it was the Faxed or Web Form document that got attached (it doesn't matter anyways since it is the same document). I also mailed it, but it had not gotten to IRCC yet when I got confirmation that it had been attached. So I...

No I didn't but when I called them on Tuesday, they confirmed that it has been attached.

Was in a similar situation. I sent it twice via Web Form. They didn't receive it, so I called IRCC and the agent advised me to faxed it to 905-803-7392.

My advise would be to go ahead and upload via Web Form. I was in the same situation and waited patiently for the correspondence but got nothing. I went ahead and raised a technical issue. And after waiting for 10 days to get a response, I got a reply from them saying I should upload it via Web...
