Hey is it a positive sign that after medicals passed on 14th , the next day of application i have not heard anything from them. If it would have been a rejectiom the notify us soon. But is it a positive sign for approval?

He peeps, Is it true that if the study visa is refused we get notified in 2 or 3 days after applying online. But if its taking time then 90% chances are of approvel. Is it true? I applied on 13th online in non spp with no rejections before. On 14th medical passed. Till now no notification
