Try emailing to IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca. I actually got a response from them saying “ You have been placed in our virtual landing queue. Your estimated time for confirmation processing is 1 – 3 business days.” I received the eCOPR in next couple of days.

Here's my timeline for eCOPR: PR Portal E-mail: 12th March 2022 Credentials for PR Portal e-mail: 14 March 2022 Address confirmed in the portal by IRCC & eCOPR received: 21 March 2022 PS: My photo still hasn't been approved in the portal.

Eligibility was passed on 07 May 2021 as per the GCMS notes.

I’m guessing you would have already send the details since you received the PR portal email. So, just explain them your situation about not receiving the credentials yet for the portal.

Yes, it’s for the Calgary Office but I always got respond from them even though my file was with Edmonton office.
