Totally, and why they even care about their "reputation and reliability" ?! They are not in business or facing any kind competition..... they can do whatever they want such as simply return all the applications, after that they can open another program next year.... and will you apply again...

Im not being negative. Just remind you, back in 2014, the Federal Gov just simply terminated " investor program and Entrepreneur" and returned over 50,000 applications. So, simply termination and return application is possible.

NO~!~ I have heard people say if you have missed some documents when you apply, they will just send you a email say" miss document XXXXXXX, Application close" and ask you to reapply next time!!!!
