Hello , I just checcked my Citizenship tracker , it says Citizenship Ceremony - In Progress, but i did not receive any email with the oath details yet. it is currently saying Oath Ceremony scheduled for 13th July , can someone please advise how soon do we get the email with oath details?

Submitted the passport at VFS Chandigarh after the approval letter from my Express Entry. The passport was transferred to IRCC Chandigarh and not Delhi ? Also , how long does it take to process the passport at IRCC Chandigarh. Please advise
