Hi there, I also got a request for fingerprints (my husband did not, although we applied together). I submitted my FP on April 17th but it doesn't seem like CIC received them yet (not reflected on ECAS). Does anyone know how long it takes to process FP these days? Thanks

I would encourage those of you (who are still waiting for AORs) to reach out to your local MP to ask them to inquire about your application with the IRCC on your behalf. I think it might help.

Hi all! I received AOR today on October 26. I sent my application on April 5 and it was received by CIC on April 9.

I have a feeling that this delay is a result of a human error. Like there was a stack of applications somewhere in another room that no one knew about and now they found them, hence all these AORs. Good luck, everyone!

Mine was received on April 9th and I am still waiting. So frustrating! You really start doubting everything you put into that envelope and where you sent it. More than 5 months of complete silence is just painful. Especially when seeing people who applied later receive their AORs. And the week...

I hope April applicants will start receiving AORs this week, as there are already some AORs for those whose applications that got delivered at the very end of March (March 30th). Fingers crossed!
