Courses were all full. He was on waitlist but didn't get the seat. So, he has to do part time semesters.

I'm in the same situation, yet i applied for the PGWP with the explanation letter telling why i wasn't full time. I'm still waiting for a decision. However, my friend got his approved even though he has 4 part time semesters not including Summer. So, there's a chance we'll get approved also...

Did you take any semester off during your study except Summer? Or part time?

Even mine told to get a new study permit and study more. But i wanted to give it a try. Let's see what happens now. We just have to wait for the decision now.

I applied both PGWP and Restoration (no biometrics) together on June 18 through immigration representative. Haven't heard any update yet.
