Hi, Usually it takes about 2 weeks. You can send email to CPC Ottawa and ask them the status of your passport or call them or can do both. I did send my passport on 25th and delivered on 27th. My return tracker is activated and it's in transit now.

One of my friends passport reached to Ottawa on 25th night and his profile just got updated. Hopefully we will get something tomorrow.

From my observation I have seen that usually it takes about 2weeks to complete the whole process ( passport receive to return).

Have you checked your profile yet? I heard sometimes they update the profile but you won't get any email notification.
