For our planning purposes , I am planning to apply for my future spouse for Inland sponsorship with SOWP. She already has a valid multi-entry visitor TRV. The question is: Once she has her SOWP, Can she leave and re-enter Canada freely without any risks of being denied entry?

Means that your one time visa that you were supposed to use to enter Canada is now invalid and not required anymore because you are now issued a CoPR without doing the normal landing.

Are both CoPR copies identical (except one of them has the photo glued to it) ? In other words, can we choose any to send. I sent the one without the photo glued to it, Just sent a separate photo along with it.

Ok great. PR Card processing times is showing now 95 days so that is 3 weeks less now. Hopefully it continues to decrease.
