LMIA and Implied status... please help!!!
Hi there... We have a big problem (well for us big) We (husband, wife, 2 girls) came to Canada in June 2013 as visitors for 6 months so we tried to extend our stay here refused after over 10 months :o So we applied for a restoration of our status on 28th December 2014 and still no decision but...- OoElschOo

You need to find first an employer who is willing to process a LMIA for you and after he got approved you can get your work permit... Im not a professional but we are in the same situation right now but we are from Germany...- OoElschOo
