Yes I did. CIC draw at around 9 am at pacific time and I finally got the invitation at round 7 pm on the same day. There was about 10 hours delay.

Also you can download an application guide from BC PNP website. Probably boost your score by get a higher mark on English or request an increase to your boss. I have 91 and it's far from their standard.. I'm not sure if I should give it a try. Hopefully more people will share their experience
