Hi Guys, My mom has received passport request this morning from local LVO. Now I am thinking where to send the passport for PR to my local office or Ottawa. I am concerning that in Ottawa this process can take much longer time.

Hi, My mom has received medical request today from LOV. I contacted the doctor office from the list provided by CIC but looks like my mom IME Id is till not activated in the system. Please advise how to get it activated or how to proceed with medical request. Thanks.

Thank you, I will send the copy to LVO. I also tried to contact doctor office in order to get medical done up front but they cannot see UCI Id yet in their system. Maybe someone know how long should take from the approval letter till UCI will be populated in the doctors system ?

Hi guys, Just got an email from CIC that my sponsorship got approved and file transferred to LVO.

My mother also is single parent and that wasn't help us with CIC progress. We still waiting for sponsorship approval since last September.

Applied for parents in August 2011 AORr in September 2013 Additional doc requested July 2015 Additional docs sent August 2015 AOR in September 2015

Thank you, What is the timelines for sponsorship approval ? How they would send it mail or email ?

CIC has received them on August 19. My understanding is that before they will send the medicals you should be approved as a sponsor by them.

I have received my AOR today. What is the next step and how long it might take ?

Are you getting AOR through the email or mail ? I have sent my docs to CIC on August 18 and did not get anything yet .
