Hi Everyone, a quick update on this. My sister-in-law finally received her AOR, SA, Medical and Biometric request all on the same day, that was yesterday.

My sister-in-law's file was sent on February 26 and we are still waiting for AOR. I hope both files are not stuck with an officer on vacation.

Congratulations to you as well! I hope everyone's application is processed around similar timelines. I am also awaiting AOR1 for my sister-in-law, her file was sent in last week of February. Everyone in February seems to have received AOR except her. Hoping for positive decision on her file as well.

Received PPR for my husband from CPC Mississauga (Photocopy of Passport) today. File sent on January 24, 2019. File number received on March 15, 2019 and medical done on March 29, 2019.

I would say no even though people have seen mixed combinations. My husband's file got transferred to CPC-M without completing both medical and biometrics.

I agree! Some people from India get interviewed for the exact same reason as mentioned in their GCMS notes together. I guess multiple factors play a role if they are okay with such situations or not.

It's actually 70-80 page presentation for India and Afghanistan spousal applicants processed at NDVO, will try to find a way. Let me know if someone knows how it could be shared.

I actually got notes for NDVO in 2017 on how officers are trained to access the genuineness of the relationship and there is quite a lot of information on what factors they look at. I am not sure if I can upload PDF presentation here.

I kind of think it has something to do with elections this year, similar thing happened in 2015 just before the elections where certain applicants received PPR's from India and other countries within 3-4 months. I could be totally wrong but you never know.

Yes, One of the applicant was from India. Applicant married in May, filed on July 18th and PPR on September 5th. It was first marriage for the applicant and 2nd marriage for the sponsor. Both met for the first time a day before the wedding. It was our first file from India that was transferred...

Got PPR's from CPC-M on two not so much straightforward cases in September 2018. Outland applications were filed in July, received PPR in September. 2nd marriage for the sponsor and major age difference.
