My friend got a request for medical exam after 6 months (AOR Nov 28) a few days ago. She didn't submit it originally as she had previously done a medical exam while coming to Canada. Tracker shows everything completed (updated just today) except Medical. Is this good or bad?

I was asked and I said yes if possible I'd like to get it as soon as possible, but I don't have any airline tickets booked or anything. I did email them yesterday (been 5 weeks now), and they haven't responded yet.
