Don't worry too much if you don't have tonnes of photos... we included less than 10. Same for emails. Though if you don't have joint bank / lease / etc, then bulk it up with other docs! It's all about proving you're committed to eachother :)

We too assumed they would just forward it because the confirmation letter included with my CSQ said this would happen... But low and behold, when they were finalizing our application, they requested it! I emailed them a scanned copy of the CSQ and it was accepted in less than 24 hours.
