Yes I agree thats true....CIC portal will be updated only at the end I am planning to bring them into Canada....unfortunately their vistor visa is expiring on mid October 2020......Air India (VBM) (only International possible now) is not allowing to board flight if they dont have 3 months...

Did you see DM in the cic portal ? Sounds like metoo in same scenario. My VO is CPC-M (Sep 2018 applicant) I saw DM for PA in Application Status since March....but not in CIC portal (says its still in processing)...I called IRCC yesterday they said it is DM and approved and only final paper...

I haven't contacted IRCC yet...by the way what is GCMS notes....? How to apply ?........their Vistor visa is expiring.....and like @geol mentioned i can't apply visa extension unless they come to Canada....Right now, AI is not allowing anyone with less than 3 month of visa as far as i know...

@geol @alexpritie I am 2018 applicant (applied Sept 2018) almost 2years still waiting for DM.....Currently My parents have vistor visa (expiring in 35 days)..does VBM (Air India or Air Canada) allow them ?
