One of my friend applied PGWP on June 1. She called Cic center. The agent said her application would be 2nd reviewed and she needs to wait until the middle of Dec.

So many May 15th applicants never get update and 100 dollars request! I guess the officer totally forget us and we need to do something. I don't know how CIC officers process the applications.

One more thing to ask I only paid 155 for PGWP. Can I upront $100?
