Yes i am inland applicant. I thing they are asking just for inland applicants, for Outland applicants they just want pcc.

I am a march 17th applicant, I got finger print request in July after then no medical no rprf request . But last week two of my friends got rprf, pcc, request but no medical. One of my friend March 26 applicant and other one April 22 applicant.
