See that request form is not mandatory. But if your uni accepts it & is able to provide details in that format then OK. Or else simply ask uni to send the transcript to WES but remind them that should mention the WES REFERENCE NUMBER that is allotted to you.

book appointment now but for a medical test date that is 2 weeks before you actually submit the eAPR. ( Depeding you are healthy & dont have any issue the medical test will be done in 4 hrs approximately)

if applying for eAPR then you must have something like this Click on i logo besides digital photo upload section to see what it asks. Check & confirm yourself as it should not ask to scan back of the photo, date taken etc.

See brainstorm & write down on a piece of paper your travel from 2007 on wards. Start with 1st flight from country of origin. Without leaving any gaps continue up to 2017. Double check on paper everything is OK. Now while filling application do the opposite & start from 2017 to 2007.

But any work history will create separate upload sections for the employment section. Lets say I had 10 jobs It will ask to upload docs the 10 while I might be claiming FSW points for only 1.

Are you able to login to jobbank. If so then check if you can find the re activate button if such a thing exists. login to EE profile & check the jobbank status says ? May be you need to register a new jobbank account with your old EE number if any the above are not possible. Please wait for...

I guess your degree is bachelor's of commerce with computer application honours. WES would have evaluated is as bachelor's three years degree for canadian equivalency. canadian equivalency = bachelor's three years degree (is what matters) If it shows as above then it seems fine, though wait...
