    It is possible. My aor was 16.11. I've ordered gcms in 16.12 after one month and received them after ppr just a couple of days ago. When mycic displayed 'not started' they were actually doing bg checks. The file moved to my local vo within 3 weeks from aor. So you never know. Other thing is that...

    Hi guys, my bg was not started previously then it went to not needed on 17.12. Today it changed to in progress and I got ppr. So my guess is that when it turns to not needed it actually moves to ones local vo. I have received my ppr from Warsaw. Aor 16.11. So basically all of you are next
