yes...you will have to email OINP requesting to transfer the nomination to your new profile and will have to state why you had to decline your application , which in your case is the expired IELTS...

Hi, I have also received an email stating I have to send missing document; my resume..I send them and got an automated message saying."the email acknowledges receipt of your document".So other than that, will you get another personalised Acknowledgement email or is it the one??Im asking this...
