Did you send it by courier? If not, I would suggest to send new fingerprints by courier. If you can not receive your RCMP in time (few days before the deadline), I recommend you to upload an LOE and all the support documents showing your effort to obtain the RCMP, and ask them for an extension.

I believe it is more than the letter of intent, it is your plan on how you will settle. Explain your plan to settle: housing, job, school for kids, etc Do it as more detailed as possible

For sure. My timeline is before yours. You received PPR in April 20, when my passports were delivered

I did not do anything of this. We just send the letter from the bank with the details requested about the account and we attached the bank statements from the last 6 months. I got PPR

Hi there, I recieved PPR on April 15, sent passports on April 18 and they were delivered on April 20. Neither mycic change yet nor my return track number was activated. Is this normal? Anyone in the same situation?

I think 5 weeks is too long. You should definitely send them an email to clarify your situation
