Did you mean that after you submitted your PR application you got an email from cic that your ITA expired? If yes, was cic able to resolve the issue? What's the status of your application? And how long did it take before you got response from cic. Thanks for pitching in.

I am facing the same situation. I raised a CSE from the link below. secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx When I raised the CSE, I got a reply that cic is looking into the issue. I am waiting with my fingers crossed. Good luck.

I got similar response from cic like intensecool. I hope they do something about this issue.

Hi, I also got a notification in my email that mycic profile has been updated but when I checked my cic there was no update to the profile. I guess cic system is really confused.

I called CIC yesterday. It was not that helpful. I was only sent an email than contains links to email forms which later turned out to be CSE forms. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens next to our applications.
