Yes. PPR means you are through :) . Congratulations !! You need to submit all passports with the information sought out by them. You can prepare a word/MS Excel sheet.

Hi, I received my passport and COPR yesterday. I had submitted 2 photos at VFS. But, only one photo is attached to COPR. I did not receive the 2nd one back. Is this ok?

Hi, did you contact them? It may have arrived at VFS Office. Yesterday, I called them up around 2.30 pm and was asked to come and collect it before 4.00 pm.

No, it means VFS has sent your passport to Canada Visa Office.
