So the question on the form " how much funds for your stay in Canada?" is only for funds to be spent while in Canada? Cuz I provided my mom with a Bank draft under her name for 4500$ for 13 days visit. Is that enough?

she came to canada in 2006 but the last visa in the past 10 years wasn't used.

she will be staying with me for 12 days and the bank draft will be coming from me she also had a Canadian visa in the last 10 years and lot of property under her name back home. on the new portal its only asking me to provide her passport.

what questions does passport canada ask when calling the guarantor ? do they ask them about where the applicant is working ?
