I paid application fee via Credit card and tuition fee via wire transfer ( Wall street Pakistan), they charge me extra 1500 PKR for their services and no other deduction has been made from beneficiary bank.( Royal bank of canada)

hmm well in my case no deduction have been made from receiving bank. i.e. Royal bank of Canada. did you try to pay via Credit card from Pakistan?

I think No. I did not have US $ account that why i use their services.

I have submit my fees via wall street , they charge you additional 1500 Rupees for services plus CAD exchange price is 1.50 -2.0 rupees more than open market rate.
